CORN DODGERS

           -PNewton vkbb14a                    2    Large eggs;beaten OR
      2 c  Cornmeal                                 -egg substitutes
      1 ts Baking soda                         1 c  Nonfat plain yogurt
    1/4 c  Sugar                               1 tb Olive oil
 
  Preheat oven 400F. Sift together cornmeal and baking soda into large bowl;
  add sugar.
  
  Make a well in center and pour in eggs, yogurt and oil. Stir together well
  and bake for 15 min.
