HOT CHEDDER BEAN DIP
Yield: 2 servings
1/2 c Mayonnaise 16 oz Pinto beans drained, mashed
1 c Shredded chedder cheese 4 oz Chopped green chilies
1/4 ts Hot pepper sauce
Stir all ingredients until well mixed. Spoon into small overproof dish.
Bake at 350 degrees F 30 minutes or until bubbly. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
